As our name suggests, our pieces are all made-to-order, custom for you. To ensure you receive a piece perfectly fit for you, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped. If you need your order by a certain date, let us know!

Our checkout services allow you to choose from a range of sizes, metals, and chain lengths for all of our pieces. If you have a request that doesn't fit these options please contact us and we will make it happen.
Engraving
Contact us if you would like to have a piece personally engraved. These items will be final sale.

We accept returns 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Email us if you would like a piece custom designed or if you have a design you would like us to create. We are available for virtual appointments just contact us to set up a time!
Our pieces are fully handcrafted from the initial sketch, to wax carving, cast, stone setting, and final touches. We will work with you to execute the design you have envisioned.
